DealBuddy is designed as a local-first CRM. SwiftData on your device is the primary data store.

DealBuddy includes AI-powered features that operate within the app experience.
When you use Agent chat, your message, relevant conversation context, and the CRM data needed to answer or perform the request are sent to DealBuddy’s agent service and its AI model provider. This can include deal names, notes, tasks, values, and contact information when relevant to your request.
The agent proposes structured actions. Reads run against the data on your device, and changes are saved locally only after you confirm them in the app. AI data is used to provide the requested response or action and is not used by DealBuddy for advertising.
Voice transcription uses Apple system services.
DealBuddy does not store or transmit audio recordings.
Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit.
DealBuddy does not receive or store billing details such as credit card information.
DealBuddy does not sell personal data.
DealBuddy shares data only with service providers needed to provide features you choose to use, including AI processing, optional cloud backup, analytics, crash reporting, and Apple subscription processing.
